Welcome to Project Y.E.S.!
Project Y.E.S. (Youth Empowerment & Support) is an anonymous program evaluation project
being run by scientists at Stony Brook University, in partnership with University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio - UT Teen Health.
Our goal is to allow teens (ages 11 to 17) to learn new ways of dealing with stress while helping other teens do the same.
There are 3 steps to Project YES:
Step 1: TRY OUT AN ACTIVITY. Choose one of three different 30 minute web-based activities!
Step 2: TELL US WHAT YOU THINK. Before and after each activity, we will ask you some questions about your mood, your thoughts, and what you thought of the activity.
Step 3: SHARE YOUR ADVICE WITH OTHERS. Share your best advice for other kids and teens who may be struggling...and see it posted on this page for others to see!
Click HERE to read advice we've already received from kids and teens around the country!
