Project EMPOWER is an anonymous program evaluation project
being run
by scientists at Stony Brook University.

Our goal is to provide a free, 1-session, online program for parents
teaching skills to build bravery and reduce anxiety in children & pre-teens

There are 3 steps to Project EMPOWER:

Step 1: TRY OUT PROJECT EMPOWER. Project EMPOWER can be done on your own, where and when you want. It takes about 20 minutes to complete.

Step 2: TELL US WHAT YOU THINK. Before and after Project EMPOWER, we will ask some questions about yourself, your child, and what you thought of the activity.

Step 3: SHARE ADVICE WITH OTHERS. Share your best advice with other parents for helping kids overcome anxiety.  If you tell us it’s okay, we will post your advice on this website for other parents to see!

Update, Mar 3rd, 2021:
Project EMPOWER is just starting up—but we will post parents' anonymous advice as we receive it!
