Data sharing with LSMH for analysis

  • We provide:
    • Data analysis (i.e., evaluation) of existing data collected by your organization.
  • Example:
    • If you are a non-profit organization, manage a mental health clinic, or have a mental health app, and you are interested in collaborating on a manuscript, presentation, or piloting a new intervention to assess the effectiveness of a specific clinical program, similar to single-session interventions, we invite you to share data with LSMH for analysis.
    • Please note that this type of partnership may require additional funding for our team, depending on our level of involvement in analyzing and presenting the data.

Research study testing single-session or scalable interventions within your organization

  • We provide:
    • Training on how to appropriately adapt existing SSIs, including documentation and application of adaptations.
    • Institutional research ethics approvals, study design, and recruitment support.
    • Data analysis.
    • Implementation and technical support.
  • Example:
    • If you're interested in conducting a pilot study using one of our single-session interventions tailored to your clinic's specific population, we kindly ask you to submit a request. For instance, imagine you're a clinic manager looking to pilot a single-session intervention within your existing services.
    • The nature of this collaboration may vary in terms of whether our team will lead adaptation efforts, data analyses, and presentation of the findings.

Speaking engagement by Lab Director or other LSMH staff

  • We provide:
    • Presentations or workshops in our areas of expertise (single-session interventions, digital mental health interventions, youth mental health). 
    • Examples:

Consulting agreement with Lab Director or LSMH staff

  • We provide:
    • Expertise and templated materials to support design, implementation, and dissemination of SSI-related materials.
  • Examples:
    • LSMH team members provide consultation services on the design, delivery, and evaluation of single-session interventions to several groups, including: Woebot Health, TikTok, Optum/UnitedHealth.
    • Our team offers consultations on systematically adapting interventions, including guidance on cultural and linguistic adaptations. We also provide consultations on implementing implementation science models, frameworks, and theories into practice, supporting the dissemination and sustainability of mental health interventions.

SSI Training with Lab Director or LSMH staff

  • We provide:
    • Training for professional or lay health providers in delivering solution-focused single-session interventions to clients/patients.
    • Availability to have practice sessions between your staff and ours.
  • Example:
    • LSMH has provided Single Session Consultation trainings for providers to help clients while they are on waitlists (https://www.schleiderlab.org/ssc.html).
    • Our team offers comprehensive clinical training and supervision for delivering the Single Session Consultation. This encompasses a comprehensive introduction to the intervention, including theory, delivery techniques, and ensuring fidelity within your specific clinic. Additionally, we provide training on developing and testing your own single-session intervention, empowering you to create effective and tailored interventions.
