NUTURE is designed for youth (ages 13-17) and parents of youth who want to improve their attachment styles or their trust, communication, or connection within their relationships.

How does this intervention help?
NUTURE teaches skills and tools associated with trust, communication, and interpersonal connection to help improve attachment in relationships.

What have we learned about this intervention so far?
We are still in the early stages of development and testing and will share our findings soon.

Where can I try out this intervention?
Our intervention is in the development stage. We hope to release the intervention in the fall of 2023 for testing/evaluation.
