​Who is this intervention designed for?
Project ACCEPT is designed for teenagers (ages 13-16 years old, English speaking, with consistent access to the internet) experiencing intrusive thoughts.
​
How does this intervention help?
Project ACCEPT defines what intrusive thoughts are, teaches methods for coping with intrusive thoughts, and leads participants through practice exercises for new coping skills.

What have we learned about this intervention so far?
We are in the development phase of the intervention at this time. We hope to test the intervention this fall (2023).

Where can I try out this intervention?
We plan to pilot launch Project ACCEPT in the fall to continue studying it, before sharing it widely.
