​Who is this intervention designed for?
Project Body Neutrality is designed for teenagers (ages 13-17) experiencing low mood and body image concerns.

How does this intervention help?
Project Body Neutrality teaches teenagers to address negative thoughts about their bodies by focusing less on how their bodies look and more on appreciating what their bodies do for them.

What have we learned about this intervention so far?
Project Body Neutrality participants had larger immediate improvements in body image and mood than the control group. 3 months later, Project Body Neutrality was better than the control at reducing body image and eating concerns for teens at-risk for developing an eating disorder.
