Project EMPOWER is a free, science-backed, 1-session online program for anyone interacting with children, teaching skills to build bravery and reduce anxiety in children and pre-teens.

301 high-anxiety parents were randomized to receive Project Empower or Informational Control (with access to Project Empower after two weeks). Overall, those who completed Project Empower reported significantly decreased parental accommodation and increased distress tolerance.
