Project Personality teaches about your brain's ability to change in important ways that can help you feel better and be the person you want to be.
What have we learned about this intervention so far?
Project Personality has been tested in three randomized controlled trials and various pilot trials. This intervention has been evaluated in two languages (English, Spanish) and within medical (primary care) and non-medical (open-access digital platform) settings. Teens who tried Project Personality have reported improvements in hopelessness, self-hatred, perceived control, agency, depression symptoms, anxiety symptoms, restrictive eating, and COVID-19 trauma, with positive effects lasting as long as 9 months.
