San Antonio Local Support Lines 

Call 210-616-0885 from Mon-Sat, 9 am to 5 pm to schedule a counseling session with The Ecumenical Center. 

Call 210-223-7233 for a 24/7 free crisis counseling and support line, managed by the Center for Health Care Services. 

Call 210-358-TALK (8255) from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm to schedule a counseling session with The Teen Health Clinic.
